Nine out of ten problems reported are simply the operator not understanding procedures or how the "drop down" menu works. The web page is tested against Microsoft's Internet Explorer and Mozilla using 1200 pixel horizontal resolution or better. Certainly not against the many tablets or smartphones that are now available, but, as it turns out, they seem to work!. If a problem is reported multiple times, I'll look into it and see if I can help as long as I don't have to buy anything with "out of pocket" costs. Their are sites available that will test SW at no charge which I sometimes use.
